International shipping is USPS First Class International. It includes tracking but NO insurance.
Additional insurance can be purchased seperately. If you would like to add insurance to your pins on international orders OR orders over $100.00 USD, please send an email with your order number. We will send an invoice for the added costs of insurance which is typically $1-$3.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once the pin has shipped, it is out of our control. Please contact your local post office to file a missing mail claim.
Package interception can be requested by original purchaser for an additional fee of $25.00 USD. This will be collected via PayPal goods and services.
We accept address changes within 2 days of purchase. Please contact us ASAP to submit your request.
