Returns and refunds

We do NOT accept refunds for the following reasons:

 

Buyer’s remorse

Accidental purchase

Drop Buddy purchases

 

Refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase will be denied under the assumption one of the above reasons applies.

 

If you believe you were sent a damaged product please email [email protected] with your order number along with a photo of the damaged item within 2 days of receiving product.

 

If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please email [email protected].

 

Depending on return reason, you may be responsible for: return shipping, restocking fee , and processing fees.

 

We accept refund requests for preorders if production time exceeds 6 months. Please contact us for a refund.
