Presales are pins that are NOT in hand and are not anticipated to ship until after production has completed and the pin has gone under Quality Control (QC).
Production times vary by complexity of the design and manufacturer speed. The standrard production time is 4-7 months after an approved sample. On rare and extreme cases, production time can take up 10-11 months to be completed.
Please do not particpate in presales if you are uncomfortable waiting the applicable timeframe.
Updates for presales will be shared on Instagram as they are received from manufacturer. These updates will also be saved to a 'Highlights' tab on Instagram.
By purchasing a presale, you agree to wait the production time needing to create the pin. However, if production time exceeds 6 months and you are uncomfortable waiting, please contact us for a refund. Contact information can be found on Contacts page.
